    This is the first building the Southside Baptist congregation met in after they moved to town. The current building is pictured in the background during the building process. The first meeting in the temporary building was October 19, 1975.  The dedication of the current building was held on October 22, 1989, during the church’s 14th Homecoming Celebration.
